Adrijana Selmani

She has several years of working experience in the worldwide IT Corporation Microsoft as an assistant in the Microsoft Education program in Macedonia and Kosovo as well as several years of working experience in the NGO sector.

She has an extensive knowledge in administrative work, technology, training and teamwork that has been proven many times during work engagements. She is passionate about technology and helps the community by using different IT tools to solve their issues.

In the Metamorphosis Foundation she coordinates the TechSoup Balkans software donation program, and helps NGOs to find the best IT solution. Additionally, she is an assistant for the following programs: Human rights, Social Innovation, Good Governance.
