Nermina Voloder

Nermina Voloder works in Center for Social Research Analitika in Sarajevo, as a research assistant and project coordinator. Among others, she coordinates the project for research and advocacy for proactive transparency in Bosnia and Herzegovina. She holds an MA degree in human rights and democracy, from European regional programme of University of Sarajevo and University of Bologna. During her studies, she has written papers about media freedoms, focusing on media ownership, civil disobedience and economic rights of women during transition processes.

The topic of her thesis was access to information in the context of democracy building, which is one of her main research interests today.  She graduated from Faculty of Political Science in Sarajevo, department of journalism. In the period from 2007 until 2012, she has worked as a journalist for number of daily and online media in Bosnia and Herzegovina.
