Alina Ostling

Alina has a PhD in Political Sciences and a strong professional background in transparency, civic participation and new technologies. She has a long experience both as an academic and as an independent consultant providing research, evaluation and policy support to the European Commission, international organizations (UNDP, UNICEF, OSCE/ODIHR) and civil society organizations (Transparency International, Open Government Partnership).
