Elena Ignatova

Elena Ignatova is a Project Coordinator at Metamorphosis Foundation, where she implements projects for usage of new media and technologies in the areas of democracy, transparency, active citizen participation, good governance and election monitoring.  Some of her main projects are: TruthMeter, Votemeter, and the Political Spectrum.

She is also the editor of the Macedonian and Albanian version of the citizen portal Global Voices Online.

Metamorphosis is an independent, nonpartisan and nonprofit foundation based in Skopje, Macedonia. Its mission is to contribute to the development of democracy and increase the quality of life through innovative use and sharing of knowledge.
