Eliza Kotowska is a project coordinator and senior analyst at the Kościuszko Institute, a leading Polish think tank focused on cybersecurity, disinformation, and geopolitical security. In her role at the Institute, she supports collaborative efforts to enhance cybersecurity resilience, by coordinating initiatives such as the renowned CYBERSEC European Cybersecurity Forum.
She has contributed to research on the role of gendered narratives in Polish politics, notably during the 2023 and 2024 elections, where she examined how women candidates were disproportionately targeted by personal attacks in online spaces. She has presented her research on gender disinformation at various international conferences, collaborating with influential organizations such as the OSCE. Eliza Kotowska holds a Master’s Degree in International Security and Development from Jagiellonian University
