Georges Labrèche

Georges is a Systems Engineer whose work has revolved around extracting information and knowledge from data. He is the Founder and Chief Data Officer at Open Data Kosovo. Georges has a bachelor degree in Software Engineering and a graduate degree in International Affairs so he’s always coming up with ideas that merge technology and governance. Lately, he’s been conducting research on digital diplomacy in Kosovo.
