Katerina Mahdalova

Since 2021, she works as Head of Content for KohoVolit.eu’s voting advice applications in Czechia, Slovakia, Austria and Hungary.

Apart of this, she is dedicated to data and contextual journalism. As she says, data is not just numbers and Excel spreadsheets. They are stories hidden in numbers, they can be mined, retold and the entire context can be perceived through them. She understands his profession as a service to the public, she keeps learning and doesn’t just give up.

She has been working in the Seznam Zprávy (main Czech online media outlet) data team since 2020.
