Maarten Schenk

Maarten Schenk is a fact checker from Belgium who developed the Trendolizer engine used by fact checking website leadstories.com (which he co-founded) to detect trending content on the internet and to map networks of related websites.

In February 2019 Lead Stories was accepted into Facebook’s Third Party Fact Checking Partnership. He is always on the lookout for the next viral hoax to hit the internet.
