
Milica Kostin

Milica Kostin is a political science student at the University of Belgrade’s Faculty of Political Sciences. Her academic focus is complemented by a consistent engagement in student and civic initiatives. Since 2022, Milica has participated in various grassroots movements, including students-led protests following the tragic events at the Vladislav Ribnikar school.
She has also been involved in actions addressing environmental concerns and electoral integrity. Within her faculty, Milica has taken part in student-led efforts advocating for institutional accountability and student rights. As a president of the student organization DEMOS, Milica has contributed to efforts aimed at improving institutional transparency and accountability.
In December of 2024, she was among the students who organized blockades at University of Belgrade faculties, calling for transparency and justice in response to the Novi Sad railway station tragedy. Her involvement in these initiatives reflects a commitment to participatory democracy and social responsibility.
She believes in the importance of student voices in shaping a more just and inclusive society.
