Milica Kovačević

Milica Kovačević is President of the Center for Democratic Transition (CDT). She has been active in the civil sector in Montenegro for almost two decades.

Since 2012 she coordinated the work of the Info Center on Euro-Atlantic Integration in Podgorica, and participated in numerous projects that analyzed the influence of Russian soft power and the influence of corrosive capital in the Western Balkans.

As a trainer and consultant she has worked with numerous civil society organizations in the countries of the Western Balkans, Eurasia and the Middle East, and helped them develop strategic goals and plans, plan civil actions and campaigns, develop partnerships and implement internal reforms.
