Nicolas K. Blanchard is a mathematician, currently doing his PhD on dynamic clustering at Paris VII University and working on Voting Theory.

He joined the Random Sample Voting Project to find methods to fight against vote selling, and then POP to see how new voting tools could be used in practice.

He has just written a popularization book on the use of randomness in politics.
