Management executive with over 15 years of working experience, leading the leadership and management functions in different structures of the government and private organizations of Georgia. 

Skilled professional in delivering organizational and structural changes, general management, strategic marketing management, elaborating effective human resources management strategies, designing and marketing of effective service delivery procedures, customer flow management and retailing. 

Currently Director of Marketing and Services at EVEX Medical Corporation. By introducing customer-centric philosophy in healthcare management, primarily focused on organization’s strategic marketing management, designing and optimizing service procedures and creating outstanding customer experience. 

Most recently, served as CEO at PUBLIC SERVICE HALL, which finally resulted in making Public Service Hall project as the most successful government reform in Georgia, that further helped Georgia to be recognized as one of the world’s top reformer countries, with its rank of 9th place in the ‘World Bank Ease of Doing Business’ ranking and receive UN 2012 Public Service Award.

Previously Nino was a Head of Marketing Department under the Ministry of Justice of Georgia; She held a position of marketing director/manager at different banks and insurance company.
