Rita Zágoni

Rita Zágoni is a programmer at the Central European University and has also worked on spreading information on online privacy at the Hungarian Civil Liberties Union by raising awareness about issues like data brokers and government surveillance and teaching tools for countering them. Building on her experiences while transitioning from social sciences to coding, she aims at making tech more accessible. As a 2014 School of Data fellow she has conducted data trainings for journalists and NGOs.
