Silvana Doçi

 Silvana Doçi, data analyst and researcher at Albanian Institute of Science, an organization promoting Open Data for Albania. She is working for the project Open Data, Access and Transparency over sectors to Risk of Corruption which is implemented by the AIS Organization. Also she is actually working as Assistant-Lecturer at Department of Economics, Faculty of Economics, University of Tirana.  For about two years she worked in the Ministry of Finance and Economy, as an expert on concessions and public-private partnerships.  Silvana has conducted several trainings organized by specialized international institutions such as the IMF, World Bank, UNECE in the field of concessions / PPP, fiscal sustainability and public financial management. The focus of her research is on public economics and development economics.
