October 26, 2021 | by: Danira Karović

During all previous editions of the conference, PONT tried to present the projects, initiatives and tools of civil society organizations that were developed in the past year, and the same goes for this edition of the conference. We will present several projects and initiatives from Slovenia, Albania, Montenegro, Kosovo, and Bosnia and Herzegovina through two sessions at the conference.

On the first day of the conference, Polina Čečina, Dušan Kovačević, Ana Ašanin, Stefan Vuković will present Spectro, a startup that aims to solve a “burning problem” – the uncontrolled spread of wildfires using the newest technologies by implementing video analytics and real-time cloud-based artificial intelligence algorithms.

Besjana Hysa and Silvana Doci from the Albanian Institute of Science will present the topic of Contingent Liabilities that come to the state budget from the Concession and Public-Private Partnerships contracts. Contingent Liabilities are payment commitments that depend on some uncertain future event, outside the control of the government.

Arb Abdyli, a young entrepreneur from Kosovo, will present ROI Academy – an online news agency, digital marketing services & e-commerce company (ROITIV Group) and the training center in the most required fields in the labour market, like digital marketing, public relations, programming, cyber security, graphic design, etc.
