Višnja Katalinić

Višnja Katalinić is a union organizer and project officer at the Union of Autonomous Trade Unions of Croatia, focusing on migrant workers’ rights, workplace inclusion and access to information on labour rights.
Her work combines advocacy, public communication and practical support for workers navigating legal and administrative procedures in Croatia. With a background in ethnology, cultural anthropology and information sciences, she brings an interdisciplinary approach to labour rights education and social inclusion.
She is particularly interested in fair recruitment, protection from labour exploitation and the role of trade unions in building safer and more equal workplaces.
