Elliot Short

Elliot is the Project Director of the Open Information Partnership, an international programme designed to counter disinformation and FIMI in Eastern Europe. He is also a published historian (Building a Multiethnic Military in Post-Yugoslav Bosnia and Herzegovina; Bloomsbury, 2021) with expertise spanning armed conflict, statebuilding, and the Western Balkans.
