Svetlana Siljanoska

Senior Strategic Communications Specialist and former Advisor to the Prime Minister of North Macedonia, with a focus on stratcom for NATO and security affairs. Svetlana specializes in crisis communication and combating disinformation, including Foreign Information Manipulation and Interference (FIMI).

As a member of the Prime minister`s office, she led the national efforts on countering disinformation through multi-stakeholder partnerships and developing strategies based on information environment assessments, including hands-on cooperation with International and regional strategic partners and networks. With years of experience in civil society prior to her service in government, Svetlana is deeply committed to leveraging strategic communication to strengthen democratic resilience.
