Enock Nyariki

As the community and impact manager at Poynter’s International Fact-Checking Network (IFCN), Enock Nyariki works to empower fact-checkers worldwide.

He previously worked as the managing editor of PesaCheck, where he led misinformation debunkers in 13 African countries to combat harmful information in some of the most hostile media environments in the world. He’s currently based in Nairobi, Kenya.  

Nyariki attended Moi University for his undergraduate studies in language and literature and the University of Nairobi for a master’s in communications.
