Claire Haering

OSCE RFoM

Claire Haering works as a Project Assistant in the Office of the OSCE Representative on Freedom of the Media, focusing on internet governance, the impact of new technologies and (generative) AI on freedom of expression and media freedom.

Prior to the OSCE, Claire worked at the Permanent Representation of France to the OSCE in the field of strategic communication, human rights and the rule of law. She also gathered experience as a Junior Attaché at the French Embassy in Vienna, as well as in international relations think tanks. Her academic background is in international relations and law, in particular public international law and international human rights law.
