Stela Roman is the Executive Manager of Digital Communication Network.
Coming from a journalistic background, Stela has 5 years of experience in mass-media and coordinating projects. Formerly project coordinator at the Association for Independent Press (API), Moldova – one of the most important Moldovan non-governmental media organizations providing assistance to independent media, Stela worked on projects on the topic of media literacy, countering propaganda and disinformation, gender equality, digital skills, media start-ups.
She has a strong interest in the process of building communities and working with influencers in order to make a positive impact on society and contribute to change.
