Maciek Piasecki

Maciek is reporting on civil liberties in Poland and the CEE region, covering protests and humanitarian endeavours using multimedia techniques aimed for social media distribution. His footage provided evidence in numerous cases of activists falsely accused of crimes by the police. He’s currently employed by Polske Radio, a public broadcaster in Poland.

He provides trainings cybersecurity and law enforcement monitoring to individuals and organisations interested in spreading information and defending human rights.

He’s also engaged in self-advocacy work representing people with mental disabilities.
