Oliana Sula

Dr. Oliana Sula is a member of the Management Department at the Faculty of Business, Aleksandër Moisiu University of Durrës, Albania. She holds a PhD in Management from the Estonian Business School, Tallinn, Estonia. Her academic background also includes a Master’s degree in International Management from IAE Lyon III, Jean Moulin University Lyon III, France, and a Bachelor’s degree in Economics and Management Sciences from Lumière University Lyon II, France.

Her research and professional interests include youth entrepreneurship, female entrepreneurship, women’s empowerment in business, digital skills development, artificial intelligence (AI) competencies, digital transformation, digital governance, AI governance, sustainable development, corporate social responsibility, consumer ethics, and innovation management.

Dr. Sula is the author and co-author of numerous publications in international peer-reviewed scientific journals and has actively participated in international scientific conferences. Her research contributes to advancing knowledge on entrepreneurship, digitalization, AI adoption, governance mechanisms, sustainability, and the evolving competencies required in contemporary business and public-sector environments.

She has extensive international teaching experience in Estonia, Spain, and France. Additionally, she has participated in international research exchanges in Spain and Argentina, fostering collaboration on initiatives related to entrepreneurship, innovation, digital transformation, and governance.
Dr. Sula has contributed her expertise to a variety of national and international projects funded by organizations such as the Aleksandër Moisiu University of Durrës (UAMD), the Agence Universitaire de la Francophonie (AUF), and the European Union. Her project work has focused on entrepreneurship development, digital and AI skills enhancement, digital transformation, AI literacy, digital governance, innovation ecosystems, and sustainable socio-economic development.

She possesses excellent command of French, English, Spanish, and Italian, as well as basic knowledge of Portuguese, enabling her to collaborate effectively in diverse international academic and professional settings.
