Observatory of Public Sector Algorithms

As a researcher and AI policy specialist, Soizic investigates the harms of automated decision-making in the public sector and works with affected communities, journalists, research institutes and regulators to hold governments and Big Tech accountable.

She is the co-founder of the French Observatory of Public Sector Algorithms and a lecturer at Sciences Po Paris Graduate School of Public Affairs. In 2025, she was named one of MIT Tech Review’s 35 Innovators Under 35.
